Eco house refurbishment and new Eco house.
A refurbishment of a modernist house from the 1920's with an extension to the highest sustainable standards at the time. The house was remodelled in the spirit of the "Bauhaus" to high environmental standards with a future extension planned to use innovative sustainable construction methods.
