Garden room extension.
A simple extension at the rear of a Victorian terraced property that changed a gloomy and confused kitchen space in to a light and spacious kitchen and dining room. The brief was simply to use the existing neglected space to the side of the rear extension to create a light and airy kitchen dining space. Combining the existing kitchen, utility and outdoor space allowed us to create the spacious kitchen & dining room and with the clever adapting of space were able to create a seperate WC, utility area and pantry. Using a rooflight array and glazed back door allowed the light to flood in to the whole space transforming it to maximum effect.
